I've had this story swirling in my for as long as I can remember. It has taken many different forms and styles but I'm so very proud of where this journey had taken me. I have spent long ours in my head trying to come up with a grand story with memorable characters, and something everyone of all ages can enjoy. Now, I feel very privileged to be able to share it with all of you.

First off, thanks to everyone who commented on my previous post. Although I didn't respond I read every single one and I'm touched that you cared so much :)
In lighter news, I FINISHED THE PROLOGUE FOR GUARDIANS! :D
Memorial day was fun, did some shopping, went to the beach, good times were had.
School this week was busy since finals are coming up and teachers are trying to squeeze in all of their last assignments and tests. But I'm managing ok.
Ooh! Saw UP yesterday, I begged my parents to drop me off our local theater just so I could see it by myself. They didn't really feel like seeing it.
PRETTY AWESOME MOVIE.
But it was pretty busy and fast paced movie, like they needed to sit and develop the scenes a bit more. I just sorta feel like it's one of those movies you need to see twice to take everything in and catch on to little things and themes you missed. But that didn't mean I didn't laugh my ass off and enjoy it!
This was definitely Pixar's funniest films by far, but surprisingly one of the darkest and more mature. It was more intense then The Incredibles!
I'm not gonna spoil anything, but the first 10 minutes really tugged at my heart strings. :(
GO SEE IT.
Eeeh, this is making me even more excited for Pixar in the summer.
Oh, nice little tid-bit. For those of you who have seen the movie, remember that ice cream place called Fenton's they go visit toward the end? It's a real icecream parlor in Oakland, AND I'VE EATEN THERE! Quite a few time in fact. I have a lot or relatives in the bay area and it's kind of a family treat to eat there.
I can't believe they made a reference to it, it's kinda cool knowing it's a real place that you've been to
. What's more is that the Pixar people eat there and like it enough to put it in their movie. (the pixar studios are in emeryville which is maybe a 20 min or less drive from oakland BTW)
It really does have the best ice cream.

My golden retriever, whom I've had for nearly 11 years is going to be euthenized tomorrow :(
She's had a good life though with a big yard to run around in and plenty of love and pampering. But as she got older, her hips started to fail to the point where she had to drag herself wherever she went.
Needless to say I cried buckets today and will no doubt do so tomorrow.
It's almost worse knowing it's coming. If she died in her sleep you'd know that there was nothing you could do and that it was truly her time. But when you have control over the death of a living thing, it just feels so different.
Everytime you look at this creature in front of you, you know you will never see it again; Never stroke it's fur, never give it affection, never see it move or walk around, and never have it's company when you feel lonely ever again.
But she was in misery and doing this will end her pain. I know it's for the better and it's the most logical choice, so why am I still so sad?
It made realize how beautiful life is and how how happy I am to be alive and still have so much to live for. And despite its many flaws, this world is an amazing place to be a part of
Sorry if I ruined everyone's happy day with this post are annoyed people with it's lack of relevance to their life.
Farewell, and make sure you take a little time to appreciate something about your life, no matter how crummy you think it might be

Oh, sorry about the lack of art guys, I have a whole bunch art I've been meaning to post, but everything is pretty hectic the last 8 weeks of school.
As for this week: It went from hot as heck then freezing all in the span of 5 days.
My school presented that "Every 15 minutes" program and cried myself silly.
And a bunch of other miscellaneous assignments and memorization of speeches for Spanish.
Oh, and I just bought Scott McCloud's book, "Making Comics" from what I heard, a lot of my comic-making friends highly recommended it and so far it's been a very fun and informative read! Thanks to all who suggested it :)
